Metabolic Testing
PNOE is the foundation of our longevity testing. It allows us to check cardiopulmonary function, neurologic balance, and cellular health - specifically mitochondrial function.
The PNOE allows us to see how well your cells use fuel (carbohydrates and fats). From this data, we can provide a nutritional and exercise plan specific to your unique physiology. AND we can track these data points over time to make sure that whatever therapies you are using are actually improving your healthspan.
The PNOE test can be done both at rest and during exercise. A resting test gives us data useful for a customized nutritional plan. An active test gives us the data we need for a customized exercise plan.

Body Composition Analysis
Body composition analysis is essential to wellness and longevity. We use the InBody scanner to safely determine muscle mass, visceral fat mass, and cellular integrity. There is no radiation involved.
Traditional scales are not adequate. The single total weight measurement does not tell you how much visceral fat you carry (which is the worst kind of inflammatory tissue). Nor does it tell you your muscle mass. Muscle is your precious tissue for future health.
Tracking these data points over time ensures that you are setting yourself up for a long, healthy, active life.
Laboratory Testing
We offer a comprehensive range of laboratory testing — from standard panels to advanced epigenetic assays and cancer screening — tailored to longevity-focused care. Whether you already know which tests you want or need guidance, our team will coordinate the testing and help interpret results. Dr. Henley personally recommends targeted tests aligned with your longevity goals, and we track meaningful biomarkers over time to monitor trends, detect early changes, and guide long-term interventions that support healthier aging.
Fitness Testing
We don’t stop at labs and body composition. We measure what truly predicts a longer, healthier life: muscular strength, joint mobility, and cardiovascular fitness—actionable metrics that translate to independence, resilience, and reduced disease risk.
